Our Property Management team’s goal at Havasu Realty is to help tenants find the home they are looking for. We offer a range of homes from apartments, condos, duplexes, and houses and to provide the best possible service.

Havasu Realty’s property managers are licensed REALTOR®s and are available 24 hours a day to handle emergency maintenance repairs.

For your protection, we provide detailed written move-in and move-out inspection forms for proper documentation of the condition of your rental.

Application Fee
Our application fee is $20.00 per person. This fee must be paid to the Property Manager before the application can be processed. Credit history will be obtained.

Rent
Rent is due on the first with a grace period. After the fifth of the month, rent is considered late and you will be charged a late fee.

Security Deposits
Havasu Realty shall receive and disburse all tenant’s security deposits. Said security deposits shall be held in a trust account and will be disbursed to tenants in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
